Great accommodation and the host was just as good and friendly. Definitely recommend staying.
We had a lovely stay at Benson. The place was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was included and the little garden was beautiful. Ray was an excellent host - easy to deal with, responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!
I booked an apartment for the 4th October 2025, at the Benson House and Benson Lodge, paid in FULL at same time, I found out on Tuesday by email that the booking was cancelled who knows why I did not cancel, they say I did not answer there flagging email no phone call nothing. As this booking was confirmed by booking.com which I will never trust again be careful what you book and pay for. DISCUSTING UNRELIABLE
An amazing place to stay. Quite clean and private. So appreciative of the hospitality and extras that Ray puts in your make sure your stay is enjoyable.
We had the pleasure of staying at Benson House last weekend. What a delightful and gorgeous unit. Beautifully renovated and perfect amount of room for a couple. Ray has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. So many thoughtful ideas right down to a bucket and squeegee for your car windscreen! Quiet and very close to the main street of town. Will be making this our go to stay for Benalla. Thanks Ray.
