Went because I thought I had a UTI. PA got the test back while I was there and said yes, I had a UTI. Prescribed antibiotics (which ALWAYS cause diarrhea and nausea with me). After two days of feeling sick from the antibiotics, I get a call from Benson FHCC telling me to stop taking the antibiotics, that my test for the UTI came back negative. During my appointment, the PA that treated me stated she was leaving the practice. I think that's a good thing.

Dr finally came into room 20 min. past appointment time, that's exceptable what is not exceptable is the stong smell of alcohol ( and it wasn't the rubbing alcohol smell !) that preceded her entrance. I walk out at that point. Looked good on paper !

Fantastic place, good people. Always get appointments and referrals out very quickly. And yes sometimes like any place that deals with the public from Benson they can be grumpy 🤣🤣

They added additional services I did not want. I was very clear about the services I needed and they charged me for what I didn’t ask for or agree to. When I asked for adjustments they refused.
