After multiple visits to urgent cares and canyon vista ER my family finally went to benson AZ ER where my son was professionally treated, the staff respectful and tests run that received a serious health issue. They provided information to get a primary doctor and now he can see the specskist. Thank you Benson ER staff

We have been to Benson Emergency care 2 weeks in a row. My partner was very sick. The Dr's and Nurses were very thorough. They cared about both of us. They listened. They tested and scanned until they found the problem took action giving care. Then transferred him to TMC in Tucson. Where he had surgery. The next week we were there again this time for a serious infection. They took amazing care of him again and transferred him to TMC in Tucson. This hospital is absolutely amazing. I had to visit the ER today and the doctor that was working is the only Doctor that I have ever had that actually listened to what I had to say. The nurses and staff are wonderful. God bless each and everyone of them.

5 to 8 hr waits are typical. If you need medical results for something serious don't expect them any time soon especially near a weekend. They won't disclose them even in person, have to go through medical records on the following Monday. Enjoy your early grave here!
