After 3 months of working with Ron Benson, we were told to find a new contractor. No explanation. Small jobs beware as we feel he did not think our fence project was worth it (only 55 feet) Very slow response times, unprofessional and an overall waste of 3 months of our time. My husband and I highly recommend Phoenix Fence and Deck instead. Benson will send you a contract and cancel it on you as if that is not a binding document.
Benson Fence recently replaced the wooden fence around my back yard and installed an aluminum fence around my pool. Their work was outstanding and efficient - Ron and his employees are excellent craftsmen who obviously take a lot of pride in their work. His customer service was impeccable as well - he responded quickly to questions and quickly corrected a couple issues that arose after the installation. I am completely satisfied with the project and Ron’s outstanding help. I highly recommend Benson Fence.
Benson Fence did a great job installing our split rail fence a few years ago. I unfortunately have tried to contact them by phone and have never heard back. I need a fence post replaced and an adjustment or replacement of a gate.
