Just an excellent Vet. Has always taken great care of our dogs. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is super friendly. We drive all the way from Louisville, that's how much we think of Dr. Benson.
Horrible. He personally quoted me a rate for getting my car de-clawed. When I picked him up he did all 4, which was not what I asked. The prices were not what he quoted besides the extra 2 toes. When I said this is not what you quoted me. His response was"I don't care what you wrote down.when I refused to pay the extra charges, he refused to release my cat. I have never had to deal with a business liked this. Your staff being rude is one thing, but for the veterinarian to behave this way is inexcusable. I will never go back ... read more
