I cannot say enough about how helpful Mike and the team were for us during a stressful situation. We ended up with a tire and alignment issue on a rental vehicle with an odd size rim, they were able to get two new tires and an alignment done to get us back on our road trip. Mike let us know where to go for a great lunch down the street and kept us busy with a great conversation until our truck problem was fixed. Without this team, we would not have arrived safely 3 provinces away. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Had a issue with tires i had bought in London when i was living there . Pauline and Mike went above and beyond in helping resolve the issues and guided me through process with Goodyear in having it resolved. Amazing customer service . Thanks again ..

I showed up there without an appointment but with a soft tire. They were able to squeeze me into there busy schedule. I left the car there and within a few hours I was getting a phone call that the car was ready for pickup. Thanks for the great customer service. Pauline and Mike at the front desk were amazing to deal with.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
