Excellent customer service from Mike Norris, Service Advisor and his team at the Pitt St. location! I needed new all seasons and Mike was knowledgable and provided guidance on which ones to purchase for my father's Hyundai Tucson. Mike was thorough, thoughtful and his team behind the scenes was efficient, completing the job for me in a timely manner. Great value all around. I'll be recommending this location because of his service and personable demeanor. Kudos Benson for a well run location!

We bring our vehicles here for everything. I recently purchased new tires for my SUV and Mike was extremely helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to Bensons on Pitt Street in Cornwall Ontario.
Great service we had recently. Hubby suv needed some parts fixed asap, no appt we had, took his car in and worked on, 3hrs later all fixed and soo much better. Happy hubby 😊 thank you very much...he'll be back
I cannot say enough about how helpful Mike and the team were for us during a stressful situation. We ended up with a tire and alignment issue on a rental vehicle with an odd size rim, they were able to get two new tires and an alignment done to get us back on our road trip. Mike let us know where to go for a great lunch down the street and kept us busy with a great conversation until our truck problem was fixed. Without this team, we would not have arrived safely 3 provinces away. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
