I took my car to Benson certified auto service to get some work done that I quite frankly didn't have time to get done. They did a thorough investigation. May even determined that some of the things that I thought were wrong were actually not wrong and they were able to identify and fix the issues promptly. I got my car back sooner than I thought. Very disappointed. Went to pick up my car and noticed that it had been hit while on their property when it was left there for a service. I showed him the damage. The dent was not there when the car was dropped off. They took no responsibility for or offered to repair the damage that happened to my car on their property. Again, very disappointed and I will be looking for a new mechanic as a result.
