Had the vegan seitan wings at Benson Brewery yesterday.🤢I usually love vegan meat but I couldn't even swallow a bite! I think I'm going to have ptsd from the experience lol. That bad. They should be ashamed trying to sell that. I mean who has tasted it approved it for human consumption????
Benson brewery did a fantastic job. Everything seems handcrafted. Got the grilled chicken sandwich. I think more care went into the preparation of that sandwich than any other sandwich I'd ever eaten. My son got the cheeseburger which also looks prepared perfectly. My wife got the Satanic non meat stuff. And it was as described. French fries are handmade which are truly unique. I had a sour that was amazing, but the service impressed me the most. They were so dog friendly, and even brought her some water.
