I normally don’t waste my time leaving reviews for bad experiences, but the receptionist was very rude and hung up after I asked what I thought was a reasonable question: I asked if they had any EA’s (Enrolled Agents) and she said no, only CPA’s. I would like to know the difference, and asked if she knew? She promptly hung up on me. For 25 + years I owned a business and had two CPA’s through all those years.
