The staff no manner to talk with customer lots of attitude. disgusting
The parts and service are okay. Although I find that the staff is quite xenophobic, I am not from around here, and I could hear them talking about me and my friend behind the counter, wondering whether we even knew how to use a measuring tape to measure the size of the nut we required. I can work my way through because I can understand and speak English pretty well, but I could see how they were trying to make fun of my friend, who cannot speak English that well. Nice location with lots of inventory! Great and knowledgable staff!
Benson carries parts that Autoshack doesn't and at a better price. Benson's return policy is also better. I had very quick and fast service. Sales representatives are very knowledgeable and understanding. Very much appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to find the items I need, including delivering parts from other stores in a matter of hours.
