Terrible service today the older man working the front desk when asked about status card said he had no idea how to do it and then tried to proceed without taking it then when I asked if the other lady knew he told me "ask her" like it was my job, after waiting for her to finish a call with another customer she tried to say the status card was a scam and they don't normally accept it even tho it's a government issued status card. I told her to call her manager and she did and then had to call another store and figure out how... read more
Went to pay for my parts and the second I pulled out my Status card, the gentleman at the front had an attitude change towards me. I felt like I was being a bother to him, I asked if the lady was able to process my status card and his reply was "I don't know why don't you ask her yourself". I've never felt more uncomfortable. The lady working behind the desk was eventually able to help me out, but I felt like I was being a nuisance and wanted to take my business else where.
