Receptionist "Ms.Connie" is very rude and unprofessional. The thought of having to call back and listen to her makes me wish I could change providers
If I could give negative stars I would! This place is a non caring hole in the wall presented as a healthcare center. DO NOT TAKE YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!!! They dont care. You are just a number and a paycheck to them. They have not given my dad the care that he needs. They dont listen to your concerns. They just look at you and shake their head yes, run a few blood test, give you scrip and push you out the door and say NEXT! They almost caused my Aunt to be put in a nursing home because they did not want to help ... read more
Arrived early for every appointment and had a minimun wait time of 45 minutes. Even after other patients had come in at later times than our appointments.
