Charged $225 for a refrigerator repair telling me if it didn't work he'd do a partial refund. After 36 hours the problem returned. He never returned my calls. Never trust a liar. Best to contact authorized repair technician no matter how desperate you are.
Was i glad i called this business. The owner Rich was polite and very knowledgable. Very reasonable and I did not feel like I was being ripped off. He was over at the time he said with no extra wait time. Got the job done in a timely matter, discussed how to prevent any more wear and tear on the appliance. He also will work on weekends and sundays if you need him. If you have an emergency on any of your inhome appliances this is the man to call.

It was a pleasure giving my business to Richie and I would absolutely use him again. Not only did he come to my home on a Columbus Day holiday, he showed up within 2 hours of my phone call. He fixed my refrigerator on the spot and did not try to inflate the bill with any scare tactics. A reasonable price and amazingly fast and efficient service - what more could you ask for?

Smaller selection but commendable service This place doesn't have the varied selection of brand name appliances that a chain store like Best Buy would have. However, they do provide maintenance service/repairs. The one time I bought a dishwasher at this place, it broke down the night it was installed. Needless to say I was disgruntled. The next day, the store replaced the dishwasher with a new one without a hassle and I was again a happy customer. Reasonably priced for ranges I needed to buy a gas range for a apartment that I was renovating. I decided to try a few local shops to check prices they were the only ones giving landlords free delivery and no tax. I decided to purchase a whirlpool model and it turned out to be 90 dollar cheaper that the chain stores. This is not including the fact the chain would have added delivery and tax.
