My dog was seen my Dr. Murphy today and the entire experience was exceptional. The doctor reviewed her history the day prior to her visit and called personally in preparation. At her visit, we were welcomed and seen promptly. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was attentive and took a careful history and did an exam and radiographs. He explained everything thoroughly and provided me with answers and a solid follow up plan. He followed up with notes afterwards by email to summarize my visit. Desk staff responsive and professional. Dr. Murphy was. a joy to deal with. he explained what they were doing and why. Gave a treatment plan via email which is very helpful.
