Dr. Scott is trustworthy knowledgeable kind and really explains the treatment. One of the best docs I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend!!!
The check in process was easy and they were polite. I went in for aankle/foot injections with Dr Scott, he was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and what I would feel during the injection. He showed care and was so nice. I would recommend Dr Scott and KOC to others.
My visit was at the Powell location. I had only a slight wait before I was called back. (I actually had a longer wait at the IPAD check in stations than I did being called back. One of the IPADs was down.) the entire facility was very clean and staff were all super friendly. Once I was called back, I had to wait on Dr. Scott for about 30 minutes. Dr Benson Scott and staff we very informative very nice provided full explainations for all my questions. Treated me very gently during my procedure and I'll continue to see him until he has fixed as many issues as he can.
