My visit was at the Powell location. I had only a slight wait before I was called back. (I actually had a longer wait at the IPAD check in stations than I did being called back. One of the IPADs was down.) the entire facility was very clean and staff were all super friendly. Once I was called back, I had to wait on Dr. Scott for about 30 minutes. Dr Benson Scott and staff we very informative very nice provided full explainations for all my questions. Treated me very gently during my procedure and I'll continue to see him until he has fixed as many issues as he can.
