Brought them one shirt to have cleaned and pressed. I have used this location many times with really no big issues. This time, they lost my shirt. When I came back in with my receipt from where I had to buy a shirt to replace it they wanted to give my store credit. Finally gave me cash when I said store credit won’t help when I’m no longer bringing my business to them. Clerk was also grumpy and rude. I would advise everyone to avoid this location at all cost.

This place is horrible. They cant tell you accurate pricing and they are way too expensive. They quoted me $3.50 for multiple shirts and then charged me $7.99. How are they still in business?

Not very friendly clerks! Grumpy and seemed to be bothered when I walked in the door. They do not do a good job on collars that need extra scrubbing. They charge a lot for a substandard service.

Firstly they didn’t do the cleaning job properly near the collar . I was there by 6.34 pm and the board still said open but I was asked to come and collect my coat the next day. The service is overpriced too. I’m never going back.
