Rang to book an appointment, was told i am no longer registered in the practice and its been taken off the system, not just me but my entire family. I asked why was i not told or reminded about an appointment over due, was told we are just to busy. you wont be very busy for long if you keep loosing patients and reading some of the reviews its a similar case for lots of patients
