Zero stars! I went to this office 4 x to see the Dentist and Dr Eisenbrock never bothered to examine me. It was more important to office to charge me for Deep cleaning, hygienist said when I asked to see the Dentist, we only are seen by him if we have a problem. Excuse me, if I need deep cleaning because I have deep pockets than I have a problem! Hygienist Shouldn’t Be DIAGNOSING me it’s illegal!!!! DR is Too important to see his patients. I will find a more down to earth Dentist who just wants your money.

Im Not happy with the office staff not wanting to bill my insurance first per my insurance’s request. They quoted all kinds of coinsurance fees and I overpaid but they didn't care.The 2nd visit, the Receptionist demanded money up front before work & half more than told on the phone. They don’t like to return calls efficiently either. Im finding a new dentist who cares about their patients & bill insurance first before taking more of your money than necessary.

This dentist was rude and unprofessional! He let his hygienist numb me after 15 cartridges still wasn't numb and had muscle spasms for 2 weeks! His response was "you don't have nerves in ur face"! I'm a medical professional sir. Then he tells me he's gonna give me gas so I can be a better patient. I hopped out of the chair, told him he wasn't touching me and walked out! With the experience I had with the office/ dentist I would not recommend their services.
