I had an extremely frustrating and dishonest experience with a mechanic named Andy. He failed my inspection and claimed I needed new brakes, quoting me $500 for the job. Wanting to be sure, I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, and they confirmed my brakes were completely fine and my car had no issues at all. Despite that, I went ahead and replaced the brakes anyway—only costing me $250, which is half of what Andy tried to charge. Not really a comment but to all customers that were past customers to shop when Mike (which is me) was there last year or previous times is back in the shop again. Please come see us and let us take care of your vehicle needs. Even older customers that didn't like the service there in the past please feel free to come try us out again.
Nothing special, but gets the job done and on time. Needed state inspection. Dropped the car off previous day. Got a call next morning saying it is ready to pick up. What else could you ask for?
