Ben and his team were fantastic to deal with, they managed to replace 5x tyres and a battery on short notice. Great team and will always see them first.
Great service. We had an issue with our caravan batteries and they were able to replace the batteries on site. Price was excellent value for money. The batteries were top of the line. Communication was excellent. All fixed same day. Thanks to the team at Bens Tyres
Broken down with a flat battery in motorhome, Ben came to the rescue couldn't supply battery but came down and jumped started our motorhome.
Thanks for getting me out of a pickle with a super affordable puncture repair with an okay turnaround time. Wheel was balanced properly and the tyre was repaired correctly. Just a bit of a shame they damaged my wheel with the socket and chipped off some paint putting on the centre cap. They're kinda expensive, forged wheels which upset me a bit. I've worked in the industry for 10 years so I understand y'all are just doing your job, keep it up! I'm choosing not to post photos publicly.
Old School customer service at its finest at this place. I was travelling to Wellington for fire and rescue training and needed 4 new tyres for my Kia Rio urgently. The team at Ben’s organised to get them overnight so they could be fitted the next day. As I was at training until after they closed, the lovely lady on the phone (who’s name I forget 🤦♂️) arranged it so I could pay over the phone in my break and then organised for her daughter to take my keys to the restaurant at my motel so I could pick them up.
