Absolutely appalling company to deal with, Would not recommend, were painful to get out to receive a quote and their so-called arborist had no Idea how to complete the tasks they quoted me on. Would steer clear of this Company

Price matched true to their word but unfortunately caused property damage and did not notify or attempt to rectify before leaving. Requested photos with no response to these being provided twice. Do not answer the phone upon calling. Poor customer service as should be completed through to resolution.

Careless when removing trees on common property. Dumped huge african mahagony branches straight onto the garden bed and damaged multiple plants. Gave me dirty looks and just said "we will" when i asked them to get the branch off the garden bed. No apology whatsoever. Truly sucked that I had to even ask when there was a huge space on the lawn they had to work with. They got it off promptly but the dirty looks I got, like i had no right to request they remove the branch off the plants, was the nail for me. Will never use them ... read more

They were doing some work on my street so I called and asked for them to come and give me a quote. They attended site and said they would get back to me with a quote.. after multiple messages, requesting the quote I heard absolutely nothing.. thanks for wasting my time..
