Great service from start to end. Quote was quoted perfectly and the timing to get everything done was very swift. The man who help us took a very stressful situation and made it not so stressful.
Daughters car broke down. Made 1 call for the tow. Dispatcher was friendly in the phone, was bang on for price and had a driver at the car a.s.a.p. like 20 min. The Driver Alex was friendly, chatty and gave excellent customer service. Highly recommend Ben's Towing for any of your towing needs
Broke down just on the outskirts of Salmon Arm BC after hours on a Sunday. We didn’t have to wait long on the side of the road before Alex showed up. Alex was quick and a great help. He waited with our family for the cab and was able to help out with recommending a mechanic to drop it off at and a hotel to stay.

Recently we had a tree fall on our house and the top of the tree broke off and smashed the windshield of our car. We tarped it to keep the rain out over the weekend. We asked them to remove the tarp and put it in front of the garage. Mike J. came to tow the car to the repair shop when we were not home. He not only took the car but folded the tarp (22' x 40') and placed all the blocks neatly in front of the garage. It was a pleasant surprise to have someone do a little more than asked. Thanks Mike
