Recently we had a tree fall on our house and the top of the tree broke off and smashed the windshield of our car. We tarped it to keep the rain out over the weekend. We asked them to remove the tarp and put it in front of the garage. Mike J. came to tow the car to the repair shop when we were not home. He not only took the car but folded the tarp (22' x 40') and placed all the blocks neatly in front of the garage. It was a pleasant surprise to have someone do a little more than asked. Thanks Mike
Found we were in need of a tow today, unfortunately, but thankfully we had BCAA. Called the number and a very friendly lady helped me out. A very friendly young man, by the name of Daniel came to help us out. Wasn’t long before we were on our way. Enjoyed friendly conversation on our route back to our home. Would recommend Reliable towing, when one may find themselves in a jam.

My boyfriend and I pulled over to help an older man with a flat tire. We initially called eagle rock towing, where the driver screamed at us about not having a spare tire on the car and and left in under 3 minutes, we had waited for them for over an hour. James spotted us and pulled over to help before we even had called Ben's towing. He went to Ben's towing, grabbed us a tire that fit, and had us towed to Kal tire in under 20 minutes, all while laughing and joking with us about the situation we had found ourselves in.
