After a bit of difficulty on the phone, everything was sorted in a friendly and professional way, with them being able to pinpoint my location without an address. The driver arrived quite quickly, with a call to me ahead of time to make sure he had all the correct info, and he was polite and friendly, and had my tow out taken care of swiftly. One of the best call outs I've had.
Professional and easy to deal with
I had a terrible experience with Ben’s Towing in Salmon Arm. The staff was extremely rude when I asked about my charges. Poor customer service—no professionalism at all. I strongly warn anyone buying a car from ICBC—do not go to this location. The staff is completely inexperienced, rude, and have no idea how to treat customers. Stay away
