I am an elderly woman who had an issue with my car. I pulled into Ben's tire and went inside; the office is very beautiful first of all. Very clean and I even noticed men vacuuming. Impressive! There a was a younger man named Chase that helped me. He was very kind and very respectful, he had wonderful manners and such a great personality.
