These aren’t the Philly style pretzels true connoisseurs are looking for. This is more like an aunt Annie’s style. Pretzels aren’t supposed to have butter on it. Remove the name “soft” from ur name. That’s reserved for real pretzels as you can witness in my pic
Simply AMAZING! They were at Spring Fest yesterday handing out samples and I was extremely pleased with the freshness, softness, and heat of the pretzel. Delicious! I’ll be visiting soon!
My family stopped in the St Augustine location hoping to try these pretzels, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes while one employee made pretzels and three others sat in the back talking. After waiting another five minutes, the employee making pretzels went to the back as well. We assumed he might let the others know customers were waiting, but no one returned.
