Simply AMAZING! They were at Spring Fest yesterday handing out samples and I was extremely pleased with the freshness, softness, and heat of the pretzel. Delicious! I’ll be visiting soon!
My family stopped in the St Augustine location hoping to try these pretzels, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes while one employee made pretzels and three others sat in the back talking. These pretzels are the best! Better than the usual places you see in the mall. And cheaper! The ladies working there are very nice too.
