These pretzels are the best! Better than the usual places you see in the mall. And cheaper! The ladies working there are very nice too.
Always fresh and so good today the pretzels were right out of the oven. Delicious!
On 10/1/2025 at 6pm.. I just got a Too Good To Go order there.. I get it, it was cheaper than usual. But wow, really? The pretzels were hard as concrete. I got those for my kids. I even showed up with my kids. How would expect kids to eat something like that.. You would think a business would be embarrassed to serve something like that. Instead, just throw those away!! Don’t serve it. Never going back!!! Literally, not even edible.. No exaggeration.
Absolutely nothing to sell or purchase. Nothing was made. Asked how long for 2 hotdog pretzels, said 15 mins. 35 mins later was told 3 more mins. Finally received my order. It was boring tasteless not buttered or salted like a pretzel is supposed to be. Nacho cheese sauce was cold. This was my worsted experience at this location. So disappointed.
one of my favorite places in saint augustine!! we stopped here three times during our short visit and tried a regular salted pretzel with cheese and another with beer cheese which was amazing, a cinnamon pretzel with vanilla frosting which was also fantastic! don’t forget to walk through to the secret garden! it was such a nice spot to relax for a minute and get off the crowded street! best pretzel we have ever had!
