Can we take a minute to appreciate great customer service? Yesterday at HomerFest, I ordered pretzels and completely forgot to ask for them without butter. It was totally my fault. I went back up and asked if I could order another batch without butter, fully expecting to pay for it. Instead, they told me not to worry about it and made me a fresh order free of charge. Seriously the best pretzels I’ve had. Highly recommend the cinnamon bread bites! Employees are very kind and do their best to accommodate anything you need. Shout out to Miranda for being awesome.
