I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love this place. That being said I really hate being that person but since it’s happened twice I feel as though I should say something. There is an older lady that works there and the first time she served me my hotdogs were pretty much uncooked. I didn’t say anything because I understand things happen. This was my first time going to this location and I enjoyed the soft pretzels they were really soft and I enjoyed the sauce it's also very filling.
Cinnamon pretzel bites were bad! Old and stale but I appreciate the friendliness of the employee behind the counter.
She told me no. She couldnt make fresh pretzel. Also that none of th sauces is included with order. Burnt them. Was hard as brick. Not my first experience. This was day b4 today. She ruin my first experience. I really will like money back. Couldn't eat none of the hard burnt pretzel. No telling how long it was sitting in the warmer. Smh.
The time for opening said 10:00 am it was 12:30pm and wasn't open i asked the man what time does it open and he just turn and said we are not open and proceeded with what he was doing even a walmart employee ask and he ignored her so rude .
