On September 5th I bought a Too Good To Go surprise bag from Ben’s Soft Pretzels in Kalamazoo for pickup on September 6th. My partner drove 18 miles one way, only to find the place locked and closed. They are closed Friday through Sunday, yet they are still posting pickup times and taking people’s money. That alone says enough. We are a homeless family and this was our last few dollars.
