I took my son to Bens tonight for a reward. We drove 30 mins to get pretzels and the employee wouldn't serve us even though they were still open for 20 mins and he had pretzels and cheese sitting there in the case ready to be sold.
Bens Pretzels went above and beyond for me I stopped by after work craving a pretzel and they actually opened 30 minutes early just so I could grab one fresh out of the oven You cant ask for better customer service than that The pretzel was warm soft and absolutely delicious you can tell they make everything fresh On top of that they have an amazing deal every first Wednesday of the month where you can get a huge fresh pretzel for only 1 dollar Its hands down the best value and best pretzel around Highly recommend Bens Pretz... read more
I have a $20.00 gift card from LaPorte's Ben's Soft Pretzel's. I went to use it this past Saturday. I was told the new register doesn't accept these gift cards. I have a card and cannot use it, how stupid. The staff was not able to help. I want to know how and when will they accept their gift card.
