Ben rv technician, Nick answered all our questions and fixed all the issues with our camper within days. I would highly recommend them!
Mr. TylerWilkinson demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect during our interaction. With reportedly less than two years of experience in the field, he repeatedly acted as though he possessed superior knowledge compared to others present. More concerning, he directed highly inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward my child. I purchased my camper from a dealer 45 min north of me. I recently needed a repair and reached out to my dealer. They could not even look at the issue for 6 weeks (and I had 3 trips scheduled before then). I called Nick at Ben's RV (45 min south of me). He had me bring it right in and had it back to me within a week. I am very pleased with the service I got there and will return for any future maintenance issues. And I'll check there when I'm ready to upgrade my camper. Thanks Nick.
