I am still trying to figure this place out. I have an older BMW and have taken it here multiple times. They are still, to me, a bit of an enigma. Pros: Seem reasonably intelligent about BMWs Repairs made seem to hold Prices less than some other BMW repair shops Convenient to my location Cons: Terrible at timeliness and communication.
