I am still trying to figure this place out. I have an older BMW and have taken it here multiple times. They are still, to me, a bit of an enigma. Pros: Seem reasonably intelligent about BMWs Repairs made seem to hold Prices less than some other BMW repair shops Convenient to my location Cons: Terrible at timeliness and communication. Told me to go to a body shop over a busted shock cuz the guy had no clue what I was talking about the part that is busted has nothing to do with the car body it's the strut assembly I've never done struts before in my life but im going to do the repair by my self everyone tells me not to since the spring is free but it's my only option I hate wnc mechanics not a single 1 seems to know what they are doing when it comes to a volvo I've been working on my car my self because of this just to clean up messes from ase certified me... read more
I was traveling through mills river when I had a piece of debris from the hurricane hit my car and was able to have Ben’s help me within 5 minutes of the incident .. they helped me to remove excess undercarriage from dragging … they are exceptionally kind and generous … highly recommend these nice dudes! GO HERE .. they will take care of your auto needs not doubt!
