Terrible experience I purchased a 2012 VW Golf from Ben which broke down within three months. I returned the car to him to be repaired and was advised the issue had been fixed. However, within five minutes of collecting the vehicle, the exact same fault reoccurred and I was left stranded on the highway and was told there was nothing he could do about it. Careful going here if they arn't already closed down by vic roads, they're not realiable or sell realiable cars, Ben will not take care of you or any car in that lot.
I purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from Ben's Motor Group, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Shortly after buying the car, I had to spend over $2,000 on repairs for issues that should have been covered under the warranty. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls, but I have not received any response at all. No one go through Bens motor group. They sold me a car and didn’t transfer the car into my name as stated in contract. VicRoads told me Ben’s motor group have been taking people’s money and not transferring the cars. Once I found out the car was not in my name I called them up and tried to reach out but I was not successful. I hope they get the trouble they deserve.
