I was very impressed with the punctuality and cleanliness and friendliness Of the crew. They were quick to respond to my call. They analyzed and solved the problem quickly, The prices were very reasonable and they cared enough to check back and make sure things were going Well Love dealing with local family businesses!!

At the end of November, I called to make an appointment, left a voice mail. Received a call back a few days later and made an appointment for 12/17. I was quoted 175.00 to inspect my furnace. On 12/14 I called and left a VM that I needed to reschedule as I had double booked myself. 12/17 I get a call from a friend, who had come over to check on my animals, that a service person was at my house to look at my furnace. They were great - but there are 2 different numbers online. One doesn’t work, other hopefully is theirs, but the phone recording just asks to leave a message.

This place always comes through in a pinch! We would have very angry clients if Ben's Heating Services didn't always come bail us out at a moments notice. Thank you for amazing customer service!! Highly recommend this place!!
