Ben always go out of the way to help someone out. he managed to get to my a/c unit a full day earlier than estimated because he knew how hot it was. Marley was quick and considerate with the repair. great people all around.

Just want to highly recommend Ben's Heating and Air Conditioning. Last week Ben and his colleague Marley installed a whole home air conditioning system in the home I rent. They did an excellent job start to finish and were friendly, professional, and efficient. Ben communicated well with my landlord and me to set up the installation appointment, and then take care of the work. My old heat pump had been progressively getting louder.I called Ben's at 8:30 pm on a Friday and left a "non emergency" message. Even though Ben was out at a family event, he immediately returned my call. By early the next morning, he had already inspected the unit, informed me of the problem, offered several options and answered my questions. I chose to replace the unit. They did a great job and were super easy and quick to communicate with! Very clean work with installing my new ac unit and coil. Would definitely recommend calling Ben!!
