Recently one of the tension spring of my garage door broke and i called these guys. They came and change both the spring and charge me $1400 and I tip them another $100 thinking what a quick job they did. Next day my door got stuck half way and when I called, they kept saying that tech guy will call me as soon as he is free but next two days I could not get hold of their tech.
