Ben responded to my initial call to set an appointment quickly and was able to set ann appointment for the next day. I called a few other companies before being referred to Ben. They wanted me to wait weeks for service and were going to charge me more than double what Ben quoted. Ben came out to jet a trench drain from my driveway to the lake. We needed our home’s drain tile cleaned out and gave Ben a call based on the excellent reviews of this local business. Ben returned my call withing an hour, came out the following day, and spent about an hour evaluating and hydro jetting my drains. He was careful not to damage any property, and took the time to make sure all drains were flowing properly before he left. Called at 9:00 on a Monday morning. Was at my house at 10:00. By 11:00, Ben had run a camera down my sewer line, water jetted the blockage, snaked a blockage between a basement toilet and the cleanout, and was done. Fast, efficient, and cost-reasonable. Not much for conversation, but great on professionalism.
