Ben worked extremely hard to fix my Junction Ebike. He maintains clear communication on the progress of your bike and he aims to save the customer as much money as possible so the customer is not paying too much.
Ben has alot of knowledge about Ebikes and explains everything in a way you can understand. He did a great job on a bike that I bought that was not rideable. Fair prices , highly recommend
I don't know if I offended the guy or what I personally did wrong but he literally just ghosted me after a couple of e-mail exchanges.
I have taken all my bikes (3) to Ben to get tune-up and other repairs,. He has been very fair and always gives great advice on what to do to improve my bikes. I have recommended him to my friends.
I had a great experience with Ben, he was timely, affordable and had great communication. Will definitely use again.
