Excellent and Affordable Cleaning Services! This is the second time I booked Ben’s Cleaning for a standard general clean and was really impressed with the result. The team did an exceptional job! Everything was spotless and done to a very high standard. They are professional, efficient, and offered great value for money. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in Townsville looking for reliable, affordable and trustworthy cleaners who take great pride in their work.
I am not sure what was more disappointing - receiving these photos from the entry report, or the response from the owner when expressing my concerns. - Stating they did not receive clear instructions prior to engaging the clean. Ben and the team did an amazing job getting our house up to scratch for sale. Not only were they extremely patient with us when we needed to move dates but they left the place sparkling and smelling amazing! Would recommend.
