I am not sure what was more disappointing - receiving these photos from the entry report, or the response from the owner when expressing my concerns. - Stating they did not receive clear instructions prior to engaging the clean. Was my first time getting a bond clean. Ben was easy to deal with and accomodating to my time constraints. I thought he did a great job and was happy that i got it done instead of cleaning myself.
We have used Ben Cleaning Service for bond cleaning, end of lease to a private rental. Excellent service, internal upstairs only clean, attention to detail especially with skirting of the walls, wooden floors, & windows. Highly recommend. Thank you for being prompt on time & reasonable.
