I am not sure what was more disappointing - receiving these photos from the entry report, or the response from the owner when expressing my concerns. - Stating they did not receive clear instructions prior to engaging the clean. Ben and the team did an amazing job getting our house up to scratch for sale. Not only were they extremely patient with us when we needed to move dates but they left the place sparkling and smelling amazing! Would recommend.
