Had a shade with a broken mechanism and Ben’s Blinds scheduled a visit quickly. They were friendly and knowledgeable, explaining first over the phone how I could try a fix myself. When that didn’t work they came by the same day and had to take the shade back to their workshop - and then returned that afternoon for a quick reinstall. I will absolutely turn to them for buying shades for our home in the future - a really good, responsive, nice crew.
Outstanding service provided by Ben’s Blinds. My blinds was broke and they were able to fix it in 24 hrs. Definitely will do business with them again.
