Ben installed several blinds in my home last year. He and his crew returned a few times when I had a set of blinds that needed tweaking. Ben decided to replace that set free of charge without my asking. What a considerate business decision. I am very pleased with Ben & his staff's kindness, throughtfulness, and professionalism.
