I love Ben's Bit Butter!! When it comes to riding our horses the most important aspect is their comfort, and I would bet that the bit can easily be the most uncomfortable part (tightening the girth being a close second!) My horse had a raw sore which healed in one day when I started using the bit butter. I now use it every day. It feels good and she doesn’t react when I put it on, doesn’t lick it, she just quietly waits as I apply it. I haven’t used it on myself but I’m curious how it would work as a lip balm for me
Ok I'm not a horse rider...but I still love the butter. Great for hands and lips. It's got a nice little tin that makes it easy to carry, and I love the design, feel and smell. Thanks for sharing your Bit Butter Ben!
