Ben's Bagel Tours are a great activity - and super family-friendly fun, I love the tour and learnt so much from Ben. The lower East side tour was full of humor, history, personal human details that bring a tour to life! The kids really enjoyed it as well. Really fun and GREAT #bagels - neat to see how they're made and taste also. I'm SO excited to do the new Essa tour!!!
I booked this tour online for my husbands birthday only to arrive and find no tour! I am from Atlanta and was so excited to surprise my husband. Thus, I spent $11 for the subway and $40 at Katz’s, not to mention the $73 for a tour that did not take place! I tried to contact Ben and no response. I contacted GoldStar who said they had no knowledge Tour was cancelled. Do Not trust this tour will take place! I am also a travel agent and will put this on all travel sites!

Ben is an amazing, personable tour guide. He is so knowledgeable about NYC history. I highly recommend this tour.
