We needed a quick inspection on a used car (pre-purchase). They took us right away, and delivered back a *very* thorough report. The mechanic took us out to the car and carefully showed us the problem areas in a thoughtful/candid way. Loved the experience!
DO NOT TRUST BEN’S AUTO! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a BAD, TERRIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE experience at Ben’s Auto in Richmond, CA. They gave me back my car with a FUEL LEAK and didn’t even tell me! Why would ANY professional auto repair shop hand a customer their car knowing it's leaking gasoline and just let them drive off?!?
