As of September of 2025 I'm still bringing my business here. Love their guarantee on auto window work. Most the people I know here have gone but the new ones are still friendly. For the most part Ben's Auto is a great place. All in all I feel like they do a great job. I give 4 stars only because they wouldn't take responsibility for some warranty work on some windows they installed in a house I recently purchased. Went in last October for a quote. Everything seemingly went fine. They noted they were between distributors and the quote might take a couple days. No problem. They didn't get back to us weeks later so we deferred doing our windows for the year. Went back ~ a week ago. Both glass people were out so front desk guy took my info and said they'll get right back to us. No call again. If they can't be trusted to return a call im not keen on having them touch my house.
They were able to change my windshield same day best service ever!
