We had some collision damage fixed by Ben's six years ago. They said they stand by their work. Four months ago, we took the car back to them as rust was coming through the paint at the two places they repaired. They took the car back and said they'd make it right. We got the car back three weeks later and it looked ok. There were some tape removal lines that I wasn't happy about, but not a show stopper.
