I work with Ben frequently on appraisals related to estate planning and estate administration. Ben does excellent work that is always on time and highly accurate. He also services a wide geographic region. Even if a project is outside the scope of appraisal he regularly handles he goes the extra mile to provide appropriate referrals. Real estate agent here…I’ve worked with tons of appraisers and I can tell you that Ben is amazing! Not only is he very competent at what he does, but anytime I have a question on a special situation for a house I have listed or am representing a buyer on, he’s always so helpful answering my questions and does so pretty quickly too.
