Anyone who feels this is a worthy repair shop is in need of looking at facts. My sister had Ben’s Appliance come to fix a Frigidaire refrigerator. Not only did they take weeks to get to her, once they came it took another 10 days to fix it. They gave nothing but excuses. I wouldn’t let them repair a light switch due to their customer complacency. They simply don’t care. As a business owner, I would soon be out of business had I acted in this manner. Do yourself a favor and hire someone out of Genesee County! Losers!
