I have been coming here for many years and Dr Neil and the entire team are highly professional, friendly and always put the patient first. Nothing is too much trouble. Their charges are very reasonable.

Happy to give a 5 star because it is old school professional care where the patient’s interest are paramount. Gentle and pain free dentistry. I had an implant and didn’t feel a thing. Lovely staff and you know from the moment you walk in the door that you’re in good hands.

there is nothing Dr.Latcham cant do when it comes to your teeth! Having some implants there for about a decade now, I am still amazed how he and his very efficient team did my last two implants a few days ago. An eye tooth and one next to it had to be extracted in the morning, and then replaced/fitted with the implants ready for a crown. By 3pm on that same day a double crown was placed over the top ready for me to go home. I can smile again with confidence.

I feel bad for reception. The contact point for a terrible practice. I felt gaslit bt Neil. Very money orientated. He doesn't listen or fix your problem tells you what lengthy plan to undertake but never fixes anything.I won't go back, and do not recommend. DVA gold card holder.

My experience at Benowa Mansions was a complete nightmare. In 2019, I had some teeth filled and a crown installed on one tooth at Benowa Mansions. Just three weeks later, the crown broke. I went back to see the dentist, and both she and Dr. Neil assured me that the crown was still structurally sound and refused to replace it. However, this turned out to be completely untrue, as the crown fully broke and fell off in 2022—just three years after it was installed!
