My experience at Benowa Mansions was a complete nightmare. In 2019, I had some teeth filled and a crown installed on one tooth at Benowa Mansions. Just three weeks later, the crown broke. I went back to see the dentist, and both she and Dr. Neil assured me that the crown was still structurally sound and refused to replace it. I want to share my experience with Benowa Mansions. I had a root canal treatment for one tooth in 2019. Then I installed a crown for that tooth at Benowa Mansions. First of all, they had failed twice before they installed the crown. After the installation, the crown was partially broken after just three weeks! However, the dentist refused to replace or repair the crown. The dentist just trimmed and told me it was ok. That's ridiculous. Their dentists are very incompetent. I don't recommend this place to any patient.
Excellent staff, friendly receptionists and Dr. Ooi, the dentist, is very efficient and knowledgable. I feel always looked after at Benowa Mansions.
