I had such a great experience with Emily today! This was my first time visiting Benoits and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon - impeccable. They also have an impressive array of Aveda products. Emily did a great job on my root touch-up and trim. She matched my color perfectly and trimmed my hair exactly the way I requested. I enjoyed our conversation and the time passed quickly with access to their internet during my 30-minute processing time. Came into the salon for a full head of highlights for the summer wanted to be blonder walked out, looking darker with huge gray patches all over my hair still . Call to speak to salon the next day. They were very snippy with me getting loud actually extremely unprofessional!!. Not sympathy or caring for client what so ever never had a ruder experience in my life.
