Came into the salon for a full head of highlights for the summer wanted to be blonder walked out, looking darker with huge gray patches all over my hair still . Call to speak to salon the next day. They were very snippy with me getting loud actually extremely unprofessional!!. Not sympathy or caring for client what so ever never had a ruder experience in my life.
