I originally took it to Macs Lawnmower In Newbury Park and it sat there for weeks with nothing done. Then I was told the carburetor needed to be replaced, but he had to place a big order with Echo so it would be another couple of weeks. I pulled the unit and luckily found Benny’s garden center. I took it in on Saturday morning and to my surprise Tuesday morning it was fixed with brand new carburetor and air filter service was absolutely outstanding, and I would recommend the shop both for commercial and residential needs. Nice guys but they are commercial repair shop not stuff from harbor freight.
totally rude
Took my item here to get fixed, over a month no call, nothing. Was too busy to even look at my item. Which sucked seemed like friendly people but yea over all wasn’t feeling it.
