This is a strange review but take it from me kindness goes a long way and Bennys were kind to a frantic mother (me) who had struggled on a main road for an hour to try and close a passenger door on her van, (that was ceased open with 3 kids inside) when I couldn’t close it I drove a block and I walked in there and asked if it was possible to have it looked at. I was recommended by a friend to take my vehicle to their shop to fix it. They were so friendly, helpful and honest. I’m for sure going to recommend them to all my friends and family.
They got me in quickly , and did a great job at a reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for more. Good job, very impressed. Found me a new shop to get work done!!
I have called several times asking for the approximate cost on certain parts. The woman Kayla who answers the phone always sounds annoyed anytime I call. I’m always very polite and communicate clearly what I need. The response I’ve always gotten was “I’m pretty backed up, I’ll call you back with a quote” weeks go by, and I never get that call back, I will even follow up and call back myself checking in, no update.
